The building has been completely renovated and modernized. However, its history and rustic charm are still evident throughout the restaurant.

Since its renovation in 2001, the restaurant has been located in the Stübli, the former residential wing and former service wing of the farmhouse. In consultation with the historic preservation authorities, great attention was paid to detail.
